LUNCHEON REUNION
This is our 40th non-consecutive, semiannual luncheon which will be held at Sheraton Suites, 1989 Front St (corner of Front & Broad) on Saturday June 2, 11:30 to 2:00. You may select the buffet or order from the menu. Spouses/dates welcome.
Your classmates want to see you, talk with you, and share our good times.
As before, we tend to avoid discussions of health and politics and put the focus on the good times - past, present and future.
This being a group of 78 year old survivors, we certainly could hold a forum on any known health anomaly. There just isn't time.
If you cannot attend, send me a note on what's happening in your life or just to say "hello." We will share it with the group.

SCHOLARSHIP. The fund, $7,800, as best as we can determine, originated at about the time our classmate Don Hartsough was recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus. The Foundation scholarship committee has completed its work for this year, and, yes, the amiable and good-hearted women and men of the Class of 51 have awarded a $1,000 scholarship to a deserving student, Jordon Walker, and awarded a $500 Teacher mini-grant to Dan McGovern. The award will help Dan to attend Algebra Readiness Conference in Atlanta, GA. .
$6,300 remains in the Class of 51 Foundation account. If you would like to contribute to this account, or consolidate existing Foundation accounts into this one, it will help perpetuate the good name of the Class of 1951 - as well as help many deserving students and teachers. Contact

Saturday, August 18, a formal gathering at the Sheraton Suites starting with 4:30 cocktail reception until 6:45 p.m. Diner served at 7:00 p.m.

| 1962 - 50th Reunion a must for all class members | | 50TH Reunion of the CFHS Class of 1962
Cuyahoga Falls High School Class of 1962 50TH Reunion will be held the weekend of August 10-12, 2012, at Silver Lake Country Club, located at 1325 Graham Road, Silver Lake, OH. There will be a tour of the high school at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 10. Friday night will feature the traditional “Tiger Den” hospitality room at Silver Lake country Club with a cash bar available. It will start at 7:00 PM and end at midnight. Saturday morning, classmates not in the Bicentennial Parade can view the parade from Dr. Charles Glanville’s office at 646 Portage Trail beginning at 10:00 AM. Saturday evening will start with a cocktail reception at 6:00 PM at Silver Lake Country Club, followed by a served dinner at 7:00 PM and dancing from 8:30 to midnight. A cash bar will be available throughout the evening. A complimentary photo booth will also be available on Saturday evening. Cost for Friday and Saturday night is $75 per person with full payment due by April 30, 2012. On Sunday, there will be a brunch at Silver Lake Country Club from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM for an additional charge of $25 which includes tax and gratuity. Fri. Aug. 10: Banquet at Todaro's $55.00 per person, or $100 per couple includes 16 food stations, beverages, desserts, music, and karaoke fun!
Sat. Aug. 11: 2:00 Picnic at Waterworks Little Stone Shelter event is free, just bring your coolers, hamburgers or hotdogs for your family, and a side or dessert to share. Class funds will provide all paper products, condiments, buns, charcoal, grilling supplies and family games and entertainment.
