The Treasurer is the Chief Financial Officer of the district.  This Office handles all financial affairs for the district, including payroll, benefits, accounts payable and EMIS. 

 
 

The Department of Teaching and Learning coordinates the curriculum, instruction, assessment and professional development for the district.  Subject area courses of study and continuous improvement plans are created through this department.  Ongoing data analysis and high quality professional development opportunities for district staff are a major focus.  

Mrs. Debra McNair is the Director of Teaching and Learning.  Prior to becoming the Director, Mrs. McNair served as the Teaching and Learning Coordinator for seven years.  Before coming to the Falls, Mrs. McNair was an Elementary Principal for Barberton City Schools and also taught in the Mogadore Local School District.  Mrs. McNair earned both her Master of Education Degree in Educational Administration and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Kent State University.  Mrs. McNair and her husband Dave have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.

 

 

 

 

 

The Office of Food Services is part of the Department of Business Affairs.  This office coordinates the menus and preparation of food for all buildings in the school district.  Ms. Suellen Roberts is the Supervisor of this department.
